Pilates Reformer Springs

The Reformer springs by Alpha Pilates Systems are made to provide different levels of tension. They are made of durable steel and comply with the high-quality specifications required by the international standard ISO 9001: 2015.
Pilates Reformer springs are made of high-quality durable steel, with nickel-plated coating and conical tapered ends. The swivel hooks used in Reformer Springs are painted with electrostatic paint in different colors per tension level.
They are provided in 4 different tension levels to adjust exercising to the trainee’s specific needs.
All Pilates beds by Alpha Pilates Systems have 5 springs of different tension levels, 1 yellow, 1 blue, 2 red, 1 green.
The yellow spring is extremely light and is ideal for upper limb training. Recommended for rehabilitation exercises in the upper limbs.
