Alpha Barrel Arm Chair by Alpha Pilates Systems is an innovative Pilates apparatus system that combines the benefits of the Ladder Barrel and the timeless Pilates Art Chair, offering a rich exercise repertoire to strengthen and improve the flexibility of the whole body.

It consists of solid beech wood ladder rungs and a barrel surface that ends with a seat. Moreover, with the extension of the Barrel Arm Chair Sitting Box, which is provided as an option, a large platform is formed where the trainee may perform Pilates Cadillac Trapeze exercises.

The high-density orthopedic cushion made of EVA material, offers comfort and support while training. Barrel‘s wide range of motion adjusts and accommodates depending on the specific needs and abilities of the trainee. The springs have two different tension levels and can be placed in 3 different positions, for a fully customized exercise. The barrel is also provided with a flat foot plate for more comfort while training.
